Take 2 to 4 tablets daily, swallowed with a sufficient amount of water, divided into two doses. The last, 2 hours before bedtime.

Organic valerian powder (Valeriana officinalis L. Root), Pasiflora ecological powder (Passiflora incarnata L. aerial part), Melisa organic powder (Melissa officinalis L. leaf) and silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
