Take 2 capsules per day, with a sufficient amount of water. If you want to optimize the results increase to 4 capsules daily.
You can take it with or without food, but if you have an upset stomach should take it after meals.

The capsules should be swallowed unchewed with a glass of water.

Shark cartilage powder (derived from fish), capsule: (gelatin, dye (titanium dioxide)), chondroitin sulfate powder (fish derivative), glucosamine sulfate powder (crustacean derivative), MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane) ), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Available as 80 and 40 capsules of 885 mg.
