Promotes weight loss when combined with a healthy diet and exercise. Reduces waist circumference. Lowers blood glucose levels.
Descend levels of triglycerides and LDL (“bad” cholesterol). It increases levels of adiponectin, a hormone that helps burn fat circulating.

Take 3 capsules daily spread over three doses (breakfast, lunch and dinner), half an hour before meals with a large glass of water.
